Slipknot fans claim they've discovered Tortilla Man's identity

Ever since Slipknot unveiled their mystery new percussionist to the world in the ‘Unsainted’ video in May, Maggots across the world have been left guessing about his identity.
Corey Taylor made no secret of the fact that he was furious when drummer Jay Weinberg and bassist Allessando ‘VMan’ Venturella’s identities were discovered in 2014, and he recently vowed that Slipknot will “never” reveal who the percussionist is.
Commenting on the mystique around “Tortilla Man”, Corey said: “It's driven people so f---ing crazy... Now, we're like, 'We're never gonna tell now.' It's really fun.”
Brilliantly, Tortilla Man trolled fans at a July Slipknot show when he wrote the scribbled ‘Who is the new guy?’ and an outline of a head and shoulders on his drum kit.
Now, Reddit user Les Connelly has boldly claimed that Tortilla Man is Michael Pfaff, who is the keyboardist for M. Shawn ‘Clown’ Crahan’s side project Dirty Little Rabbits.
Connelly came to the conclusion after Slipknot guitarist Jim Root said in a recent interview: “(Tortilla Man) is a world-class pianist; he’s a great percussionist; he is schooled in music. He’s not just a garage musician who came up and learned on his own.
“He obviously had natural ability, but he took it to another level and actually got a degree in music. So the guy is next level.”
Connelly wrote on Reddit: “Michael Pfaff is a musician who was in a band with Shawn Crahan called Dirty Little Rabbits.
“He played organ and keyboards and Shawn Crahan was the drummer. They had a very strong musical relationship and were the core of the group. They were even introduced to each other by Sid Wilson.”
Arguing his case further, Connelly added: “He is a similar build, height and bald. Check out the videos below, I think he even moves like the new guy.”

Adding weight to the argument, fellow Redditer Chathead said that Pfaff was replaced by another keyboardist in Dirty Little Rabbits in February.
Are the fans right? Who knows! Until we hear it from the mouths of Slipknot themselves, it’s pure speculation.
